This Dispatch / Service Coordination Disclaimer explains the limited role of Scorpio Five Star Car & Limo Service Inc. (“the Company”) when arranging transportation.

1. LIMITED ROLE OF THE COMPANY:

The Company acts solely as a booking, dispatch, and service coordination provider. The Company does not provide transportation services and does not operate vehicles.

When a trip is booked, the Company connects the passenger with a licensed, independently insured driver who provides the transportation service directly.

2. INDEPENDENT DRIVERS:

Drivers who accept trips:

a. Are independent contractors,
b. Use their own vehicles,
c. Carry their own required insurance,
d. Control how they perform transportation services.

The Company does not supervise, direct, or control how drivers operate their vehicles.

3. BOOKINGS AND COMMUNICATION:

Bookings are primarily handled by phone and may also be handled by text, email, website, mobile application, or third-party platforms.

Information provided during booking is based on what is known at the time and may change due to traffic, route conditions, passenger requests, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

4. NO GUARANTEES:

The Company does not guarantee:

a. Availability of drivers,
b. Exact arrival or pickup times,
c. Route selection,
d. Travel duration,
e. Insurance coverage or payment outcomes.

Any transportation-related issues arise from the driver’s operation of the vehicle.

5. PAYMENT HANDLING:

Depending on the service and booking method, payments may be made directly to the driver or processed through the Company or a third-party processor. The Company is not responsible for disputes related to driver-collected payments.

6. SAFETY AND CONDUCT:

Passengers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions, wear seatbelts, and behave in a manner that does not create risk.

The Company and drivers reserve the right to decline or discontinue service when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, delays, or losses arising from a driver’s conduct or vehicle operation.
