Applications, onboarding forms, and compliance documentation may be centrally processed by a designated IT or administrative entity within the Company Group and assigned to the appropriate subsidiary based on operational need.

10. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE:

Submission of information does not create:

a. An employment contract,
b. A contractor agreement,
c. A guarantee of engagement,
d. A guarantee of dispatch volume or work assignment.

11. CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By submitting application materials, onboarding documents, or continuing participation within the Company Group, you acknowledge:

a. You have read and understand this Notice,
b. You consent to centralized processing and cross-subsidiary sharing as described,
c. You authorize necessary compliance and monitoring procedures.
