INDEPENDENT DRIVERS:<\/strong><\/p><p>Drivers who accept trips:<\/p><p><strong>a.<\/strong> Are independent contractors,<br \/><strong>b.<\/strong> Use their own vehicles,<br \/><strong>c.<\/strong> Carry their own required insurance,<br \/><strong>d.<\/strong> Control how they perform transportation services.<\/p><p>The Company does not supervise, direct, or control how drivers operate their vehicles.<\/p><p><strong>3.
