elementor-size-default\">Scorpio Five Star Car &amp; Limo Service Inc.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-048d91c elementor-widget Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services arranged by the Company where legally authorized.<\/p><p><b>1. SCOPE OF NEMT SERVICES:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>NEMT services provided through the Company are limited strictly to transportation only. Neither the Company nor its drivers:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a. <\/strong>Provide medical care,<br><strong>b.<\/strong> Provide medical supervision,<br><strong>c.<\/strong> Offer medical advice or treatment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. DRIVER ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drivers are responsible only for safely transporting passengers from pickup to drop-off locations as scheduled. Drivers are not trained or authorized to assess medical conditions or make medical decisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. EMERGENCIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a medical emergency occurs during a trip, the driver\u2019s role is limited to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a.<\/strong> Safely stopping the vehicle,<br><strong>b.<\/strong> Contacting emergency services.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers do not provide medical intervention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. INSURANCE AND BILLING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NEMT trips are subject to third-party insurance approval, rules, and billing requirements. The Company does not guarantee:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a.<\/strong> Insurance authorization,<br><strong>b.<\/strong> Insurance reimbursement,<br><strong>c.<\/strong> Payment timelines.<\/p>\n<p>Payment depends on insurer determination and compliance with insurer requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NEMT services are offered only in jurisdictions where permitted by law and applicable insurance rules. Availability may vary by location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passengers or their authorized representatives are responsible for:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a.<\/strong> Providing accurate trip information,<br><strong>b.<\/strong> Being ready at scheduled pickup times,<\/p>\n<p>Following applicable safety requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. PRIVACY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limited health-related information may be handled solely to coordinate NEMT services and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Details are addressed in the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
